I remember you from the gym, and I remember how you really didn't want any black friends, and I guess it paid off for you. I was surprised when you said you have a website called your black friend.com, because again, you didn't want any black friends when I met you at the gym.
@PamtheBlamofficial Ha. I'm a gray haired grandpa in my 2nd year of P90X (with a knee surgery along the way). I figured since I have been watching you a couple of mornings a week I'd see if you existed in other places. Looks like you do! You are an inspiration :) Now I'll post it correctly....
@ldmariodl28 Hello I am well and all is good :) What's to regret? I get to add P90X to my lifetime legacy and have gotten to know so many people thru this exposure. So, no regrets.
@PamtheBlamofficial Ok thats good. From this video it seemed like you were a little down on the whole program, but I see since then you are coaching again. It would be a great honor for me if you subed my p90x vids. Im one of those guys who will take a long time to be like in the video, but im dedicated to living a better life for myself and my family.

You're one of my favorites from the videos and you look amazing being a little over 40, even if you we're 25 i'd say the same thing...P.S. This hair style really suits you...
40 yrs old??? No f%*&^n way!! She looks like she's 28.. She keeps me so motivated when I do P90X. Tony should have named her "Pam the Jam" with all that sweetness. SEXY...
(Continued from previous comment... silly 500 character limit...) Obviously everything is good in moderation. I'm 23 and in pretty good shape but not as ripped as I'd like to be. (I may be answering my own question here...) I'm sure to get as ripped as I'd like, I'd need to cut out anything my body doesn't absolutely need (like beer)... but I tend to obsess over my work and a beer helps relieve that lol... I guess I'm wondering if working out a little harder every day could counteract that.
Respond to this video...Thank you! at the time of this video, probably 3 days a week but mostly weights and some sprints for cardio. The weight workouts have allowed me to work out much less. BUT I am starting Insanity next week - stay tuned.
Im going to be honest, the first week of doing p90x plyo dvd i would be distracted by pam's beauty. It was mad cos i would accidently catch her thighs while doing a squat and i would stop and watch. Its good shes lost weight but the p90x pam was hot and thick! LOL.
@iamwhouwant17 WHY do you want to do it? THAT is your motivation. You wanna see something different in the mirror, look good for Memorial Day weekend (appx. 90 days), test yourself, impress someone, you don't want to have wasted your money? - only you can figure out a powerful enough WHY to keep you going. Maybe it would help to have someone do it with you? Other than that, I suggest you play the dvd and commit to 20 minutes at a time. TODAY.
Pam I am doing p90x and I am 5,6 and I am down to 140 lbs, how can I diet and still enjoy food? I dont wanna be one of those people who nit picks every measurement of food but still wants to eat healthy
@DMalice24 I totally understand not wanting to measure and count everything. I'm a big fan of the 80/20 rule. Generally, if you're eating clean (heathfully) 80% of the time you're probably going to be okay as long as you don't go crazy with the 20%. And with that, if you're making the best food choices MOST of the time, you're going to be fine. But it also depends on your goals - weight loss, muscle gain, maintenance, etc. p.s. DON'T drink your calories.
In reference to a comment you left saying "DON'T drink your calories," do you mean... don't do like some extreme people out there and only consume shakes as their meals (i.e., liquid diet - blending up various fruits/veggies/etc. as their meals)... or is the term drink referring to alcohol? Nearly every morning I drink a blend of greens/fruits (it's actually tasty!) and almost every evening I have a beer or two to relax/take my mind off my work (entrepreneur). More concerned about the beer.
I am on week 5 of p90x and something that I realize is if you were a strenght athlete "ie powerlifter or strength athlete" this is really tough. I am 5' 11" 228lbs and have always been into everything heavy but getting older to much stress on joints. I watch you do the exercises and think she has got to be strong and has changed my strength goals all together.
@DVcustomZ Yes esp. as we get older if your joints can no longer take it, flexibility, strength and range of motion become MORE important; just so you can function. Check out my "Introduction" video and find out what motivates me to remain functional. You can do it!
Lovin the graceful yet elegant walk to the camera in the beginning..nice touch. Just over 40 huh? you don't look a day over 28...keep taking care of that wonderful body of yours.
@PamtheBlamofficial I would suggest just not putting the window "in the shot". Since that's your light source, use it as your main light and you'll get a much cleaner shoot.

Hey Pam,
Loved the video but i got a pretty simple question that maybe you can answer.
How do I start P90x?
I don't mean to ask, what do I need etc....
How do I just get up and start P90X.
How do I find the motivation to do it???
Please help. I need to start NOW but I JUST can't get up and do it.
