I was at that show and it was fucking amazing... before some dickless coward threw a bottle at Anton. Yeah, sure, he's a fucked up dude but grown the fuck up. well, not for life necessarily, but certainly the sooner you start taking care of yourself the better. some people are harmed for life from certain drugs--too much MDMA can lead to increased depression, lots of psychedelics/cocaine/meth can make someone who is biologically prone to schizophrenia develop schiz when they wouldn't have developed it otherwise, not eating can mess up your metabolism later on/make bones weaker; but the sooner you start taking care of yourself the better.moderation=key
