@Tatianna777 It can be harmful if you inhale too much, yes; helium is a very heavy gas and stays in the lungs for a prolonged period of time, so what happens is the more helium you have in your lungs, the less oxygen can get in. If you inhale too much, no oxygen can get in at all and you can pass out (as my mother warned might happen, haha). You just have to kind of keep an eye on how well you can breathe.
