Just to name a few things that fuck up on these cars when you do stupid shit like this with them. There is a reason it costs a rally team £3m a year to run the championship, every race fucks one more thing up.

Just as an example, the turbos running maxed out whilst at low speeds, equals inadequate cooling, leading to fatique and even stress fractures.

I enjoy my car, and i take care of it. but guess WHAT!? you can have fun with it at the same time.

No doubt you can have fun, I've had the privilege of tearing up tarmac a couple times myself, never owned one though. My point is that the parts on these cars a'nt cheap, and people fuck em up quite easily.

Maybe you know how to handle things, but most people don't. my neighbour has spent more than £20k on turbo chargers alone, suffice to say he rides it like a twat.

All that snow into the intake, nice job with the water damage to the racing valves. Yea you have a nice car, but really bad to drive this with that open intake in snow and rain. If you have a easy latched hood, put a closed intake hood on it, you will save that ten thousand dollars worth of water damage. Engines and water are bad. Especially whatever its doing to your cylinders, pistons and your electronic spark system. Cover that shit up and wait til spring to drive it man.

@exportablueks I don't see any snow going into the intake, since its not even close to the hood trap. I don't know if he still has the stock intake, but there was no problem into this drift session

@exportablueks That is not an intake on the hood the scoop deflects air onto the intercooler and if snow got in there it would work even better the newer STI's in Europe have a button to dump ice cold water onto the intercooler to cool the air down more.
