this is very similar to the way I've transcribed it!

instead of open 3rd then fretted 4th for the intro riff, I open and fret the 3rd but 5 frets higher, and with the quick breakdown for that riff, I tend to stick to the one string, too.

so much simpler for us who can't stretch as far. lol

Not every song used all of them the whole time. most don't and most rock songs these days spend a lot of time on the top 3 strings and are either tuned in Drop D or Drop C but I doubt you even know what that is.

good job, distortion is a little high, turning it down will make it sound even more similar and less messy and scratchy. most people don't realize how big of an impact tone is when you play on stage, its the difference between people clearly hearing the notes and not being able to make out the notes.
