  • WE LOVE YOU JUNEY! HAHAHA! Most of these songs in these old videos can be found on the June Carter Early June cd...just not live.

  • Oh man,I just wanna be her so bad.

Kitty Wells had the voice of classic country, but uhm,June had the BEST personality.

Although,Miss Kitty's voce was big as her smile and as cute as her pickin' so I dunno...

    :)

  • This is so beautiful. Some of the greatest of the Grand Ole Opre. Let's just dedicate this song to our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq. God bless you. Grandpa Clarence Jones from West Virginny

  • June and Ernest remind me of the Movie Summer Stock with JUdy Garland and Gene Kelly. Well maybe they are all together in Heaven having a show of a life time. I love all four of them

  • I have her life in music it is FANTASTIC, MY 7 year old loves it! Root hog or Die is her favorite! June is a fantastic entertainer!

  • I met Johnny and June Carter Cash...Just everyday folks.. They loved everyone and they loved Jesus Christ.. I sure miss them both. They have such cool life story. a love story.

  • You are lucky. That must have been a real nice day to remember. I love these old clippings.

  • Cool and Ray Price's Cherokee CowBoys backin her up

  • Wildwood Flowers is perhaps her best, not for her singing, it had weaken greatly by the time she recorded it but for the pure emotional impact, its a classic. It also features Johnny Cash and Norman Blake.

  • realy nice, ive never heard this lady sing before.dose she have any records sorry cd's.

  • She actually has a few albums. I'd start with either "Keep On the Sunnyside: Her Life In Music" or "The Louisiana Hayride" albums, they're both absolutely fantastic. "Press On" and "Wildwood Flower" are also really terrific, those two she made in her last years.

  • Thankyou, ive tryed all our main music store's here in the uk,But ive had to order from the states,Luckly they've this ladys albums in stock

so thankyou.for your reply.I heard the wildwood flower and that's the one im going to start with.

  • Oh, that's a really good one. But it always makes me so sad. . . . but you just can't beat songs like "Temptation" and "Big Yellow Peaches" lol.

  • She reminds me of Judy Garland at this age and however she reminds of Lucy with her comedy and Well she was a gem. June well God Bless her soul in heaven
