Florida you can run it on 14 to 25 fps on LOW I bet  I ran it on low and got 16 to 22 fps and had a 1.81 GHz :D

Im a bit late to answer, but you can reduce the screen resolution and the video settings while in-game. Also, disabling PhysX will help a lot.

a bit oc(forgot to mention this ...in fact a lot of oc >gpu from 459 to 650 and 700 when it's cool in the room ....shaders from 918 to 1300 and memory witch is very shitty ddr2 from 333 mhz to 360 ) :d happy gameing

I don't understand. I have and 1GB 512 MB 8400 GS (Overclocked), 2.60GhZ AMD 5000+ Processor, 3GB of RAM, And I'm running Vista 32bit. But when I try to run this, I get 8 frames or less (While running lowest setting btw). What is wrong?

Sorry but it wont, i recommend getting more ram, i have 4 gb of ram i can play with high settings with this video card and with an Intel Dual CPU E2160@1.80GHz.

Probably you can play with medium settings and some in high.

and on medium you will play with about 25fps
