I'm going over to Albany Christmas time with a C4 to fly Shelley beach, and the Wind Farm site and anything that comes 'on', I'm gunna have to get me a single surface, before I head over there now. What size would you recommend for an 80 kilo hook in weight? I think my old man's got a old Probe, lying around at home, and I think it was a 190.
Hey I cant believe it. How is that possible? Im a paraglider pilot and I cant soar a 1 meter high dune. How on earth can these hang gliders float over 1meter dunes!
love the musik ! i do hangglide by myself and when i see your video i just want to take off and find a beach like u did ! dammm i want to be there toooooo
nice job w/editing and music...and the flying too!!!thanks, brought back some great memories...i thought i was the king of flying low (and fast)...the master straffer, crazed maniac
2. Yes - very fine indeed. Only written off 3 gliders!..
3. All over WA. this was all filmed in Albany. Be sure to get proper instruction before trying it though, as it's harder than it looks and you can easily get hurt.
What was the wind velocity here?

your wing is too high up, above the lift band. do you like the title, "so, you think you can fly the flat-lands now do you?". :o)

..and, the wind strength would be way too high for PG.

the line between making a successful soaring turn and groundlooping downwind into the dune must be very, very fine!
