emp/goliath, i'd say... have to have a couple sci vessels which is a pain in the ass to get in tvp, but with proper micro and depending on the map artifacts, i'd say this is your best option. don't get valks, they are broken and misfire in the quantities you'd need them in to be able to take on carriers with them.
