Nice video! Only the second part is a bit unclear/fast.. 'established activities that are well measured in terms of outputs are seldom evaluated for their impact on child outcomes'. What are outputs then and what are the outcomes (child well behaviour)? I think outcome>activity>input>output is similar to the idea behind outcome mapping while the reverse (investments>activities>outputs>outcome) is similar to the idea behind the logical framework approach. Is that so?!
