I rode on an E-3 while at Clark AB, Philippines during "Cope Thunder". I was there with F-16s from Kunsan AB, S. Korea - Wolfpack! I watched them vector fighters against "attackers", was interesting! Then on the return to base they had to make a fast landing because an F-4 was coming in 'IFE' for hydraulics.
