EMT hired these sets during last summer to do Saturday and Bank holiday runs to Skegness to increase passenger capacity. 2 return trips from Nottingham on a Saturday. Not sure about bank holidays. Lived in Boston for over 25 years until last Autumn so these trains stood out from the usual 2 car or 1 car DMU's. 1st summer specials since a pair of 20's finished in the late 80's early 90's. HST's started this summer! Nice vid!
