The gentleman peering over Mr. Stamper appears to be Jimmy McCown, a fabulous fiddler and banjo player himself! I think I heard John Harrod in the background somewhere, also. Great history!

I can't figure out if he's doing clawhammer (downpicking) with his index and middle fingers, or whether this is a kind of 2- or 3-finger style.

Art was a nice fellow... one time he came out and fiddled with me on open stage at Clay City Ky. I'll never forget that.
