to add to my post below, I came from a family of big eaters, but we didn't eat just pizza and chinese. That was actually once a month or so. We also ate salad, fruit, carrots, asian stir fry with lots of vegetables and tofu, and other healthy things. Maybe that's why I never got fat because my mom introduced me to healthy foods at a young age. I used to snatch carrots and apples out of the refrigerator and eat them plain. I still eat a lot, but I like veggies, I also hate soda.
