i just loved this movie. its such an overlooked and underated movie and I don't know why? The cast are great and all put in top performances especially Mickey Rourke who was on top form again. My fave movie and fave movie soundtrack too! Claptons guitar is just beautiful

This is a film that really gets under your skin. Its actually very poetic and has great performances by Rourke and Christopher Walken. Rourke wrote the screenplay. Bob Dylan raved about "Homeboy" in his book, "Chronicles".
