So i looked up to my uncle as a father figure, he passed away 2 years ago due to muscular dystrophy. I miss him and never really got to say that last good. okay i'm in my 8th grade year graduating next month on the 10th. In my computer class were are making a video that we are putting this song into. The first time I heard this song was right after my Grandfather passed away. He was my daddy, I had spent 7 years in Italy with my husband for the military. We go stationed back in Oklahoma in 2007 and one year later to the day he passed away. I was at his house with him. It was about 330 am and I laid over on his chest and told him that is was all ok. Everyone here will be ok and he could let go. At that moment he took one deep breath and was gone. I woke my mom and aunt up to tell them.

I will be playing this at my fathers funeral this weekend....this is exactly what I told him yesterday before I left the hospital to go get my kids & eat dinner...i hadnt left him side in 36 hours...and while i was gone he passed away.....he was holding on for me to leave so i didnt have to watch him take his last breaths!!! I think it took me about 10 or 12 times listening to this song before I could get through it without crying. My father passed away almost two years after having suffered a stroke - this song reminds me of that night in the Veteran's hospital when my brother-in-law told him he "would take care of his girls" (my sister and I). We left for a break on the advice of the nurse and he passed away before we made it to the parking lot. I think of him every day. This is a beautiful true song.

I got my daddy back and I was so happy to get out of the hell in the house and live with him when i turned 17. 3 months later I got call saying he was found dead. Very ironic. I think you should change that, because when he's gone, it'll be too late. There are so many kids out there with a father or without parents in general. At least you were blessed with a father. Even if he doesn't show it, I'm sure he loves you very much. I think you should take advantage of the time you have with him, regardless if you get along with him or not. I guess this would be something to think about.

because there was a question of it was actually my daughter. The dont do DNA testing till the child is adleast 3 months old. The mother started excluding me from thier life before this could happen. For this reason, I didnt sign the birth cert so Police dont care a bit.

The first time I heard this song was right after my Grandfather passed away. He was my daddy, I had spent 7 years in Italy with my husband for the military. We go stationed back in Oklahoma in 2007 and one year later to the day he passed away. I was at his house with him. It was about 330 am and I laid over on his chest and told him that is was all ok. Everyone here will be ok and he could let go. At that moment he took one deep breath and was gone. I woke my mom and aunt up to tell them.

I will be playing this at my fathers funeral this weekend....this is exactly what I told him yesterday before I left the hospital to go get my kids & eat dinner...i hadnt left him side in 36 hours...and while i was gone he passed away.....he was holding on for me to leave so i didnt have to watch him take his last breaths!!! He will be greatly missed

You'll wish you had more time with him. - My father died last year & I miss him everyday. I miss his phone calls, jokes & his attention. I was his angel. I found this song about 6 month after loosing my father to cancer. He was the greatest man I ever I knew. He was my hero. He held on until I got there. I will always hold his last good day close to my heart. He knew the meaning of unconditional love. I think it took me about 10 or 12 times listening to this song before I could get through it without crying. My father passed away almost two years after having suffered a stroke - this song reminds me of that night in the Veteran's hospital when my brother-in-law told him he "would take care of his girls" (my sister and I). We left for a break on the advice of the nurse and he passed away before we made it to the parking lot. I think of him every day. This is a beautiful true song.

i get really scared because my daddy smokes and hes 47 and started at 41. he works really hard, harder than he should at his age, just for our family. I got my daddy back and I was so happy to get out of the hell in the house and live with him when i turned 17. 3 months later I got call saying he was found dead. That night mom and my sister went to the house we saw them bring his body out I feel to my knees crying my sister on the other side screaming for him. My world shattered that night when I lost my dad. People dont know what its like if theyve never lost someone they havent seen and just got back.

Very ironic. I think you should change that, because when he's gone, it'll be too late. There are so many kids out there with a father or without parents in general. At least you were blessed with a father. Even if he doesn't show it, I'm sure he loves you very much. I think you should take advantage of the time you have with him, regardless if you get along with him or not. I guess this would be something to think about.

because there was a question of it was actually my daughter. The dont do DNA testing till the child is adleast 3 months old. The mother started excluding me from thier life before this could happen. For this reason, I didnt sign the birth cert so Police dont care a bit.
