I wish I had more time to do these pranayamas in the morning. It seems like I only have time to do the full set on the weekends. However, I manage to squeeze in about 10min or so of Kapal and 15 of Anulom before work and it really does help. I have lost a lot of weight and I feel a resistence to other people's negativity and my own. I feel more calm, composed and attentive. And yes I am more graceful for sure.
I think that if this was shown on prime time tv all over the world in a synchronised way then a whole bunch of multi national drug companies, those criminals dressed up in coats and ties, that feed on millions of peoples fear/ insecurity of ill health would instantly go bust.
Nice thought but in reality people wouldn't practice pranayama. Even most regular practitioners of yoga don't practice pranayama, maybe 1% at the very best practice pranayama.
For most people it is way way more challenging that asana, the ability to sit still for any length of time is almost impossible these days, add breathing to that and they run for the hills.
Unfortunately people have become serious pain-phobes, they run to the doctor for every little thing.

Buts its a very powerful pranayama ...i had to stop only because of the weight issue i lost a bit too much ...it gav me all other benefits my nose is fine..no hay fever or anything ...i had to stop because of the losing weight issue otherwise i wud keep on doing it

Yes it can cure brain tumour and every kind of cancer. Many people in swami Ramdev's camp did it under the guidance of swami Ramdev and had their brain tumor and all different kind cancer cured. But cancer will take a long time to get cured atleasts 1 year.

By doing all those exercises I lose 13kg in 1 month. I use to practise it every morning for 2 hours. The degree of my eyes was -200 and now it is normal, I don't need any spectacles to look. Look, to cure eyes floaters you don't have to do just kapalbhati, but all the seven pranayams. Brahmari and udgeet are the major pranayams to cure all the defects of eyes. You can also have Awla (Indian goose berry) powder. Awlas are reach in vitamin C and are very good for eyes have it every morning. I am sure if you do all seven pranayams and Aasans every morning for 2 hours and every evening for 1 hour you would hardly take a month to cure it.
I did it for 10 mins 4 days a week but only 10 mins every morning only 4 days a week and it worked a bit too much...if i did it for 7 days i wud be in the air:)

Bhramari and udgeet are specifically meant for curing all the eye ailments. But I recommend you to do all the seven pranayamas. This works as a complete package and your eye problem will get cured even more faster.
Yea you have also asked me for how long to do the pranayam. Okay bhastrika 2-3 mins, kapalbhati 15-20 mins, bahya and abnisar minimum 3 times. Then anulom vilom also 15-20 mins followed by bhramari and udgeet 10-12 times. Normally people do bhramari and udgeet for about six times but to cure eye ailments, doing 10-12 times would be more beneficial. That's it, soon you will find your eye problem dissapeared. @pooran411 Just carry on doing pranayam particularly anulom vilom. Drink warm milk at night. 6 to 7 hrs of sleep is enough. Just strictly discipline yourself. Use an alarm clock to wake up in the morning. I prefer sleeping at 10 because when you sleep early you wake up early. Why not watch baba ramdev yoga for restful sleep video in youtube. Hope that would help.
Inhale is normal and exhale is by force we pay attention to exhale. Inhale happens by default.Hope this answered your question. If you are not clear you can google it.

check out andy moor podcasts, they are 1 hour long.....and great too....
