hi, I'm just curios but what is the average speed at this road and how menu miles per day are possible to achieve without punish yourself :)

@benzfen If the road is dry, and you have a good 4WD and you are a good attentive driver, you can average north of 90kmh. I was sitting on 130kmh for some of the better stretches, with fuel economy of 14L / 100km. I drove Kalgoorlie to Tjukayirla roadhouse day 1 (665km), and day 2 was over 800km to Ayers Rock. You need to start around sunrise and not stuff around when driving i.e. stopping for multiple coffee breaks. It is rewarding to complete this trip. You can even help the Aboriginies.
