There's two things i pointed out:

1: Here, Hale wears a helmet, while for the rest of the game, he doesnt.

2: July 11th to July 14th is a awfully short time to do what Hale did.

This is an alternative history where the US doesn't get involved in WWI, Hitler doesn't come to power (and neither does Stalin) and WWII never happens.

Our history and this one diverges with the Spanish-American War (1900ish), which doesn't happen in this history.

I heard that he is taken to a camp where others that are immune to the infection like him are at. The chimera then do a all out scale attack. As they are evacuating, the chimera follow them and get intel on the US, then do a all out scale on the East and West sides of the US. I hope this helped.

Thats from GameInformer is it not? Apparently it takes place two whole years after Fall Of Man where Nathan Hale and his sqaud have been taining to master their new ound Chimeran ability's. What I assume in Resistance 2 is that Nathan Hale will now have much more and powerful powers then that seen in Fall Of Man.

i'd rather have no story at all to do with WWII than a story that's historically accurate. because the thousands of WWII games have the same story. At least BIA did the story differently in presentation with real-time ingame 1st person cutscenes like parachuting and being blown up. That makes you more immersed than text you have to read like call of duty. This game has an OK plot and I don't care cause i think it's just another FPS. THe only thing going for it are the weapons and good framerate.
