  • @matthewrockslol22, you're a fucking idiot. Have you ever been in a shop when a Turbo car with open Wastegates is on a dyno? Its incredibly loud. the car is being tuned. hes making numerous runs. I don't know any tuner that doesn't wear ear protection. it can cause serious hearing loss. Not to mention, a horrible headache and you might not think clearly. you could blow up a customers car if you add timing when you should have pulled some out. All because you didn't want to wear ear protection.

  • they are id1000's read up on them. plus two bosch 044 pumps and im sure upping the baseline fuel pressure made these injectors flow much high than 1000cc

  • @stecky2010 best option would be a technical institute :) or if you know somebody like a mechanic or a tuner then go to them, itll take a little while to learn but its not just about tuning you learn, theres the certain components that make you want to have the tune lol

  • smaller exhaust housings will provide quicker spool up,but sacrafice hp up top, which is why you see it drop off so much

    Because E85 use 30-40% more fuel consumption

  • @rotor13 Boost is only a measure of displacement. That turbo is not going to make 40psi on the car shown in this vid. At 800whp it is maxed out and those numbers are likely inflated. Use the SAE correction factor to give real world numbers

    to correct you..... boost is a measure of displacement only when its used in relation to airflow.

    yes this turbo ON THE 2JZ can only push 30psi because the motor is able to flow a lot more air so the turbo is the bottleneck

    on Evo's there are plenty pushing 40+psi on the same turbo.... but thats because the 4G63 is a 2.0 I4 so its ability to move air is less. thus it takes more psi on the Evos to reach the same 800hp this supra is making

  • @rotor13 yea i know all of that. Obviously im talking about in relation to airflow. Thats why i said its not going to make 40psi on the car shown in the vid. All these 30-40psi imports fail at making power anyways. I know people making those numbers on pump gas

    see now youre talking about total displacement and compression ratios which ultimately dictate how much power and engine can make.

    imports have to make up in boost in what they cant in piston and rod measurements. which is why boost is the replacement for displacement.

  • @JDL2Z How do they fail at making power? 800whp is a respectable number and in relation to the size of the motor thats pretty good. 800whp in ANY car is too much for the street. And who cares if you know people making these numbers on pump gas. The bottom line is they have a larger motor and this car is making that with a single 67mm turbo and a 3.0L.

  • It's a dyno queen when you don't have the proper suspension work. So you calling it a dyno queen don't really justify supras in general..it categorizes majority of the modding world.
