Just get can of Natural American Spirit + unbleached rolling paper. Will rule out all of the chemicals, or at least most of them. I'm not sure where I read this but I've heard companies use something from carpet glue to stop cigarettes from burning as fast, so the most harmful things are in the paper it's rolled with. As long as you aren't a chain smoker who smokes a pack a day I don't see how a few every once in a while can hurt you.

i smoked for about 6 months, it was off and on but really wasnt more than perhaps 4 - 5 cigarattes a day tops. usually it was only 3 a day. i can tell i lost a bit of lung function, but here and there I will have a occasional cigarette. it doesn't cause cancer but increases your chance of doing it. the reason i stopped smoking is because my grandparents from my pops side both died from cancer. I believe i carry more of my mothers side (her family is tall, my dad is very short) but i cut down.

@DennisLottig alcohol is extremely mind altering, especially at higher doses. I can drink a beer or two and feel relaxed, but once I start drinking a lot, my thought processes change, the go much quicker and are very much unregulated. For me, if I smoke weed, no matter how good or bad, and trust me i've had some really good stuff, I never feel physically unable to do anything properly. my mind might wonder off a bit more often, but I can function just fine with weed.

Just get can of Natural American Spirit + unbleached rolling paper. Will rule out all of the chemicals, or at least most of them. I'm not sure where I read this but I've heard companies use something from carpet glue to stop cigarettes from burning as fast, so the most harmful things are in the paper it's rolled with. As long as you aren't a chain smoker who smokes a pack a day I don't see how a few every once in a while can hurt you.

Smoking through a water pipe can filter some of the ammonia and other chemicals, eventually leaving you with some extremely nasty stinky water.
It took less than 15 years of smoking cigarettes to destroy my teeth and make my bones brittle. Enjoy your life while it lasts. I knew many who died of cancer, emphysema, and other smoking-related problems. And my dog had to be put down, got lymphoma from 2nd hand smoke!

i smoked for about 6 months, it was off and on but really wasnt more than perhaps 4 - 5 cigarattes a day tops. usually it was only 3 a day. i can tell i lost a bit of lung function, but here and there I will have a occasional cigarette. it doesn't cause cancer but increases your chance of doing it. the reason i stopped smoking is because my grandparents from my pops side both died from cancer. I believe i carry more of my mothers side (her family is tall, my dad is very short) but i cut down.

Cannabis is safer then green tea...you can OD from the caffeine in green tea. Marijuana is the safest psychoactive substance used in human history.
