in case any of you douchebags dont know, there was a vote to go to war, hillary clinton was one of those who voted for the war, and many others, actually a majority(that means more) so dont blame bush for something many people did, including a lot of dems. fucking idiots,
But a crime is still a crime even if there are accomplices to a crime (and yes those dems were accomplices)
There are also more Bush administration crimes than that, and even more suspicions of crimes which sets the stage for at the very least a FULL investigation.
Google "Dennis Kucinich" and "Impeachment" for more information, he makes a VERY convincing case.
So with this setting of this precedent by this president, each president, in turn, shall compound the crimes of the one before him, and change the law to suit him, and thus has a true, legal dictatorship been established unless those guilty of War Crimes are brought to Justice, and all know that even the mighty are not immune to Justice being served.
I am a bike riding vegetarian. Excuse me for not dying from heart attacks and reducing the burden on the planet. Maybe you think that it's a bad thing to keep the planet.
punishment : give Bush, cheney and the rest a rifle each and send them over to iraq to fight in the war on terror. the iraqis would love and welcome them.

That's right busherbee. If you vote your conscience it is never a wasted vote. Every 4 years, over and over, the corporate media dictate to the people which of the 2 candidates to choose. Progressives are always knocked out at the gate. Nothing changes. All we need is 5% of us to vote for a 3rd party. In 2012, they will be on the podium in the debates and this gridlock will end. VOTE 3rd PARTY. The time is now. I like Cynthia McKinney/Green Party. Ralph Nader should throw his support behind her.
@deb5561 I'm from GA and McKinney couldn't get elected Dog catcher. But I hope Liberals..no...far left runs a third party so Republicans can take this country back. Ralph Nadar cost Gore in 2000(I voted for Gore by the way) before I turned to a strict black conservative after I returned from my Naval Service in the war.
both parties are bought and sold by corporations. the fisa bill is just one of many instances where this is blatantly true. another reason obama wouldn't prosecute is because some top democrats, pelosi being one of them, actually KNEW bush was illegally wiretapping americans and torturing people but said NOTHING. they're both covering each other's asses right now.
This is very interesting and I know Mr. Turley is an expert on this subject. It would have nice if Mr. Olbermann would have engaged the guest rather than just read from his staff written questions.

which is why we need to keep gravitating 3RD party candidates, whenever it's feasible
