Awwww! I have a shih tzu and a rottie as well! The male shih tzu being avtive and somehwhat annoying to my rottie because he likes playing with her ears! My rottie is overweight and has diabetes and weighs 130-140lbs, but shes doing just fine with her insulin. I think its the cutest pair(:

What people fail to realize is it only takes ONE time for an animal to lose it's temper kill another dog. YOu read about it all the time. Dogs are animals...don't forget it. I'm a huge dog lover but at this point I think it's a must for ALL pit bulls to be put down. I'm not saying rots are in the same catgory as pit bulls...but I would still never feel comfortable having MY little dogs around a big dog. Too many close calls in the past.

Excuse me? If you were a REAL dog lover you would understand that how a dog is treated and raised will determine how it's overall temperment will be. Not all pitbulls are killers, they have been known to be the sweetest breed of dog. You want proof? Check out texasgirly1979's videos. Oh and before you say "well she traied that dog to be nice." Be aware that any dog can be trained to do this or that. Pitbulls are forced to fight, its not their choice.

You are so wrong. Dogs are different around people then they are around dogs. 99% of all major dog attacks are from PIT BULLS. This is a very dangerous breed. Some cities are already outlawing this breed in their city limits. When they DO bite...they do major damage. There are other large dogs out there to raise...you don't need your pitbulls to terrorize the neighborhood.

You couldn't be more wrong about that. Dogs are animals..and even if you bring them up as half-humans, they are STILL a threat to bite other animals or humans. A very slight threat, but still a threat.

I've owned super spoiled dogs for many many years (mulitple dogs), and on super rare occasions they have acted like dogs. Dogs can get very jealous..that's why you hear stories of pitbulls killing babies..etc.

Again, bottom line, a dog is an animal.
