I've built trailers for Hawaiian Outrigger Canoes...and 1/4'' is 1/4'' OFF. But you found it and your frame was ON...then you lined up your rear end...that is good and I find that encouraging for me to shoot for my own frame. I like the Z and how you tied in the rear portion of your frame...really cool.
