Just started benching, im going for endurance, like 4th day and the center of my chest is nice and defined , well, getting more defined, im getting stronger, and sexier :D. right now yeah, but i'm about to start focusing more on maximal strength shoretly, my strength isa actually on the rise at the moment, i don't do this stuff all year, i'll usually go into a stability type phase, then i'll try to grow a little, then i'll go straight into maximal lifting, but this year its been strange, i started to grow while doing stability training, i'm not complaining about it, lol, but i find it weird...
i also don't really worry about strength when i do the stability training, cause it comes back immediately, and the lighter weight lay off helps keep me injury free
