He needs to do more to differentiate between 'mentally ill' and 'criminally insane'. Someone with depression that makes them late to work sometimes isn't the same as someone who wants to go on a shooting spree. As such, the former shouldn't be banned from owning a gun while the later should.
lol, yeah. criminals don't care about background checks. if you want to kill someone and not get caught it would be stupid to buy a gun that is registered. If you don't want shot get all your friends and neighbors to get guns. Only an insane person would want to hurt you or your family then.
the second amendment is not about hunting you dipshit........the second amendment is about our right to protect ourselves, our homes and our families. And to protect ourselves from a tyranical government.
And in this day and age, when the US is appeasing the Islamofacists, tyrannical government is starting to seem more likely. Terror cells are already established in every major US city. They are using OUR freedoms to slowly take over this great nation. Islam is already out of control in Europe. It will be out of control here, too. Political correctness is killing us, not guns.
