Self defense regardless if waller was bangin the Childress chick. I don't know what the gun laws are in New Hampshire But in Florida we have the Castle Doctrine law also known as SB436 where you have the right to use deadly force & stand your ground if under attack. It's fucked up that Childress kids were all in the car & watched his dad commit suicide.
Personally I think these cops are over reacting a bit. Throwing him on the ground when he is doing nothing but following orders is a bit much. But that is just me.
