  • We're Killing the planet? Let's all just commit suicide. Will that make you happy, comrade?

  • youtube seach: Equal Money for All

  • Great video Definetly believe in it is possible.

  • I agree with you on multiple things, but our resources are not as limited as the media would have us believe. Also, many question global warming. Many are secular and not Christian at all. However, I agree that we need to care for the planet earth and not throw trash everywhere and have smog filled concrete jungles. Keep posting videos. You always seem to have something interesting to say.

  • ha ha ha man youre joke..so how many people are you gonna kill to get this utopia into reality?? Then how is a guy like YOU gonna run it?? LOL Its gonna take a thug like ME to run some shit like that! ..how are you and I gonna live on the same planet?? Im predator and youre prey..any system you set up, Ill pervert to my own ends..and there are tens of thousands lilke me..you gonna kill us all?? LOL! you have any combat experience? You a killer? LOL wake up fool, I see you as tyrant and murderer

  • fanfreakingtastic! :)

  • nice one mate

  • we just need to organize ourselves, get smart, and keep morals and values. then earth is saved from horror.

  • Materialism,consumerism,fascism...how dare you question our holy american trinity! Lets face facts. Americans are the swine of the world.and the world knows it.

  • Fantastic video and message.

  • the system in which we live in is kind of cruel and blind. so much wisdom in this this is the best vid ive seen

  • I love that shirt! Right about the planet not being something expendable like most people think.

  • A stirring call for even more socialist propaganda...

  • we are all one,u cant change things just by changing the situation of one person, one country, one continent...theres no such thing,it is a whole, everything is connected...a big "change" is needed,we must open our mind and eyes, consciousness must arise...unless we realize the unity of life, the power of love, power of mind,we cant possibly change society

  • Keep smoking pot and spouting pseudo-philosophy.

"In the world I see - you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty car pool lane of some abandoned superhighway."

  • How can you describe color to a blind person?

  • "More vague hippie nonsense bashing corporations."

    Exactly.

  • Truth!

  • you are on another level of truth brother. good stuff

  • loved it, also the juxtaposition of the polar bear attacking the walrus when you say "another world is possible but it's up to us to make it" was that intentional?

  • We are killing the planet. The only way to deal with it is by killing billions of people by destroying financial markets and the finely tuned division of labor that has evolved for the last 1000 years.

  • You have a rather dim view on humanity if the only way you see to reverse our course is Genocide. Our vaunted intellects can't come up with a plan B?

  • "I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones." Albert Einstein

I would like to talk to you on AIM, if you have it

Currently Determinist and Ignostic, Want to turn vegetarian and look more into Buddhism.

  • What a fucking douche bag.

  • I love what your saying man. It makes alot of sense. Keep up the good work. I enjoy listening to you.

  • He said corporations sell us things we don't want and don't need. Nope. Value producers sell products that have a market and the market removes those who attempt otherwise. This video is sad because it sells a lie. Man is the only 'animal' on the planet that must think and produce his own requirements. Instead of propaganda spewing this fellow would benefit from a dose of reality. Maybe start with Ayn Rand and Peikoff.

  • Ahhh! But you forget. People are weak willed walking zombies that are brain washed from birth to be obedient workers and passive consumers. People don't like to disengage from the bullshit which is the consumerist movie. Good for them. Life's a ride until it becomes a roller coaster to hell.

  • Definitely Rand!

  • There will be world peace, never. Only after the battle of Armageddon in the end times will end all evil, and bring peace, but for me, I do not believe in peace on earth, for I will have peace when I am dead!

  • what a lack of faith in humanity, plankton2142. well, i guess i cant blame you, because if you look at how things seem in the surface.

things are improving though, and they are improving a lot. people are gaining consciousness in a lot of places in the world.

humanity is going through a strange cycle, but if you look at it, things have been improving since the beggining of the human species.

  • I agree. the problem is that we are continuing to look at everything as though it is exists in separation, including ourselves. Slowly we are realizing just how connected everything really is.

  • i think a huge change will come about soon and we will start looking at things differently. we will be forced to do so.

  • Then what use is the change? If a different perspective is forced upon us instead of chosen, we'll not have learned. I'd rather kill myself with my own intent than spend life in ease thanks to someone making decisions for me.

Is Heaven a place where you choose to go, or where you're forced?

  • i dont know what comment you're answering hotaruzoku, but i have changed my views towards market anarchism.

but ether way, anarcho-syndicalism, and other forms of anarchism allow for a great deal of individual freedom. it's not like you're forced to do what others tell you. one good example of this freedom is anarchist spain in the 30s.

  • lmao, I can't help but laugh at fools who actually believe that shit. Too weak to stand up for what's right when you're alive. Let's just wait until we're all dead for something good to happen. Run along sheep, I hear your Shepherd calling.

  • here is a tip dude. put a wrapping over your mic to dampen sounds. better yet, film away from whatever the heck that background noise is. you waste all this time ediing your videos without using a true blue/green screen set up, yet you have crappier sound than stupid 15 year old cam whores on other youtube channels.

also, if you have the brains to edit your vids, then you should know how to pass a frequency filter and get rid of the noise. sorry, i just cant watch vids that fail film 101

  • Thanks for the tips. No need to be an arrogant prick about it, though. As a rule you shouldn't say something in a text that you wouldn't say to my face, and you certainly wouldn't talk to me like this in person. Brush up on your manners; I'll try and improve my sound quality. Deal?

  • RAWR! lol. sorry i was just too busy to think kind thoughts at the moment.

  • I can't wait until the day we meet face to face & you can compare me & my philosophy to Hitler & the National SOCIALISTS, Mr. Manners. I know, I'm stretching, that's not really a manners issue, you are just a willful ignoramus.

  • Wow I feel all warm and fuzzy now!

Where's the new Khmer Rouge when you need them!

I definately need to buy more Adbusters t-shirts.lol.

  • Go Buddhagem.

  • sure its possible but it will never fucking happen

such a collaboration could never take place without educating AND enlightening EVERYBODY

  • That's the point!

  • i guess i wasnt clear

enlightening/educating everybody is possible but very unlikely

i guess its our job to make at least more likely but its going to take both great innovation in technology to spread information with a production cost next to nothing and some great ideas on how to get people interested in learning i know a lot of people who just dont care about obtaining knowledge its very sad

  • Don't trip! The citizens of the United States pitched in and funded the research and development of this thing called the Internet. At the moment it's been hijacked by a handful of large corporations but we plan on taking it back and utilizing it to educate the masses along with our radio and TV waves.

We have the technology to educate the masses. We're just not using it.

  • If you actually have a plan I'd like to hear it because I am curious as to whether it would work or not. But, how can we overthrow the government? Because that's what your talking about. Such changes are going to piss people off and those people usually have guns. In the case of our gov't they have lots of guns. I guess we should just stick flowers in their gun barrels...

There is a thin line between optimism and delusion I just hope your not crossing it.

  • All revolutions started with an idea and a few visionaries.

  • Very nice!

  • Humans aren't always going to be bound to this planet, so instead of putting all your eggs in one basket, why not encourage private space travel (Or in your case, socialist space travel)?

  • Maybe you haven't noticed but the most successful space programs have all been socialist. In fact it was a socialist enterprise that put a man on the moon. With all of that knowledge and technology given to them private companies still haven't been able to make a go of it. Sad isn't it?

  • As far as I knew, NASA & the Soviet space program were organized in hierarchical structures, so how were those endeavors socialist?

Besides, governments drain economies of literally trillions of dollars; you think that private companies may be hindered by taxation & NASA's monopoly on space travel?

  • Socialism, in and of itself, has nothing to do with hierarchies; it's about the ownership of the means of production. In Capitalism the means of production are privately owned; in Socialism they are publicly owned. How that gets weeded out is for us to fight about. LOL

Frankly I don't know of a company that could lose billions upon billions of dollars to do that kind of research. And where's the profit motive?

  • It would be a collaboration of many different companies so that no single company gets hit too hard; the profit motive would be materials from other worlds, real estate & tourism, energy (Since solar power works much better outside the atmosphere) & even Zero-G manufacturing. With low risk & an incredible potential payoff, why not?

As well, the technology would get cheaper with time.

  • Yes, and if I insist on taking your "public ownership" away by threat of death, what do you propose is done about that? Does your fairy tale account for such a scenario?

  • You're definitely working in the opposite direction. You can't destroy the foundation of a building to add another floor. Research for space travel is done here on Earth. The planet isn't going to catapult us into space. We have to create sustainability here in order to provide the resources we'll need for further research and development.

  • The point was to make it so that humans wouldn't need Earth to survive, so that they could be independent of it & have self-sustaining space-faring societies.

You don't seem to realize that I'm talking about the distant future, when the effects of global warming finally start to create Buddhagem's nightmare scenario.

  • That's exactly where your contradiction lies. "Putting the cart before the horse", so to speak. I definitely understand where you're coming from in regards to cosmic migration and transhuman technology.

But what you're not realizing is that the distant future is a product of the present. Practically speaking, I'd rather bet on building a more sustainable Earth than creating a race of space faring transhumans.

  • Space travel costs billions of dollars that could be spent on better things, such as feeding the hungry, don't you think?

  • exactly, it would not be smart to invest in space travel without fixing things here first (but if we had an economy that really served the needs of humanity and this planet instead of the selfish needs of private individuals and institutions we would be able to do both)

  • The resources to feed the hungry are already available, it's just a matter of distribution. Besides, Earth isn't going to be around forever.

  • rock on

  • Another great video; keep up the good work!

Thats Sigur Ros playing in the background right? (great band, i recommend you hear their live performance with Icelandic composer 'Hilmar Orn Hilmarsson' called "Odin's Raven Magic", bet you can make an excellent video with the third track from that album (my favorite, i have a video of it saved to my favorites if you cant find the cd to download or buy.)

  • Very amazing, buddha. As you said, this planet doesn't belong to the highest bidder, but to the people in true democracy. This was definitely one of your more "touching" videos!

    Btw, that shirt is sweet.

  • agree a 100%

  • FTW!

  • *sheds a tear* you're very emotional

  • Beautiful and Heartwarming and Touching incredible job the way you put this together it makes you want to believe that anything is possible and not out of reach........you brought tears to my eyes.......

  • Thanks...good stuff.
