i have a mac and only had it a few months but im just wondering how u got that section up where u changed from ableton and serato i think it be very useful for me, i use serato and im lookin to get into production too and its lookin like ableton is my best bet with the bridge. if u could get back to me and let me know that be great that you
what would be a good midi controller to use with the bridge? I don't have any turntables at all right now and I've been looking at getting the Numark NDX800 or the American Audio Radius 1000, any recommendations?
I'm glad I watched this. Being a turntablist, the lack of backwards playing makes it useless. And I had so many ideas for the bridge. oops, ableton fail. MIght as well hook up my ipod.
you can get version 2.1.1 free on serato(dot)com but to use the bridge you can download the 30day demo at ableton(dot)com. or purchase ableton live or ableton suite 8 (non demo) if you own serato or ableton all updates are free for the bridge.
@djyannaki - That is correct and I probably should have made that more clear in the video. You cannot get beat grids unless you have The Bridge activated. If you want the beat grids but don't have any need for Ableton/The Bridge, then you'll have to at least download the Ableton trial version and activate The Bridge initially, then you'll have beat grid in Scratch Live, and can delete Ableton if you wish.
as I download it?

Does it work with ableton live intro?
FreddyH88 1 year ago
@FreddyH88 - No, you need the full Ableton 8 full or Ableton 8 Suite, it doesn't work with the Intro versions.
