2007 is not that long ago! If you have the technology to run Crysis on FULL GRAPHICS then I see no reason why you can't upload a 2 and a half minute long video in HD.
bandwidth could be a factor, even now I only watch in 360p otherwise it takes longer to load than to watch and my internet speed use to be 1/5th of the speed back in 2007, and secondly they would not be able to upload a ful hd video because it was recorded at 1280x1024. perhaps you will prove me wrong but list 5 video's before the date on this video that WERE HD

Why does everyone want to play this game so much? Just because it has the best looking, the most awesomeness of all awesome, sexy macflurishing superdooper graphics in the world? The gameplay is just terrible... I'd rather play Minecraft, now THAT is something completely different.
@vangstaz I think minecraft is better gameplay wise, but you have to admit, being able to show off crysis on very high settings and still getting smooth fps and playing is really fun. Also crysis is a sandbox game and I like that. Minecraft is better, yes, but Crysis is still a great game made my caring devs.
@iwannabethekid34x But you see, there is a difference. Crysis is just like any other generic FPS game, in addition to only the CryEngine graphics engine. You just go around, shoot enemies, kill the final boss and win the game. That is it, there's nothing after it besides replaying parts. Minecraft, however, even though the graphics are nothing compared to Crysis, the gameplay is infinite. Crysis isn't a bad game, but the gameplay is VERY generic like any other FPS and it becomes very repetitive.
@vangstaz Crysis has a story, that makes the game. You're not meant to roam around in a singleplayer fps title. You play the game, admire the view and follow the story.
Storytelling is key.
In minecraft you move intentionally pixelated boxes from 1 place to another... i dont get it, but each to his own.
If you want a game like minecraft where you get to make your own world so to speak, crysis has a sandbox editor.. "go create"

update your drivers and the game. what resolution are you playing at (1920x1080 will kill that card). your GPU is reasonably strong but it isn't the best. try 1280x768 all on very high except shader's wich you should put on high and that should be smooth. the 6570 is about the same speed as an old 8800ultra. try a 6870 or a gtx 580 to play silky smooth at 1920x1080 (the 6870 you may need to drop shaders to high).

@camargo2012 Dx 11 patch doesn't work sadly, object will tessellate properly but they don't "pop out"(Displacement map might be broken). Not even bricks but with an exception of water. Its so realistic with the splashes and small waves. :3

@vangstaz I think minecraft is better gameplay wise, but you have to admit, being able to show off crysis on very high settings and still getting smooth fps and playing is really fun. Also crysis is a sandbox game and I like that. Minecraft is better, yes, but Crysis is still a great game made my caring devs.

@iwannabethekid34x But you see, there is a difference. Crysis is just like any other generic FPS game, in addition to only the CryEngine graphics engine. You just go around, shoot enemies, kill the final boss and win the game. That is it, there's nothing after it besides replaying parts. Minecraft, however, even though the graphics are nothing compared to Crysis, the gameplay is infinite. Crysis isn't a bad game, but the gameplay is VERY generic like any other FPS and it becomes very repetitive.

@vangstaz Crysis has a story, that makes the game. You're not meant to roam around in a singleplayer fps title. You play the game, admire the view and follow the story.
Storytelling is key.
In minecraft you move intentionally pixelated boxes from 1 place to another... i dont get it, but each to his own.
If you want a game like minecraft where you get to make your own world so to speak, crysis has a sandbox editor.. "go create"

update your drivers and the game. what resolution are you playing at (1920x1080 will kill that card). your GPU is reasonably strong but it isn't the best. try 1280x768 all on very high except shader's wich you should put on high and that should be smooth. the 6570 is about the same speed as an old 8800ultra. try a 6870 or a gtx 580 to play silky smooth at 1920x1080 (the 6870 you may need to drop shaders to high).
