That OS 100% tension overdrive combo in Slash is called Dragon install: SUki...or something similar to that. People also call it "Dead Rave"

That Tyrant Rave is VERY real. It's Sol's random CPU-only move, Tyrant Rave O (O for Original, as it is the same as the first GG Sol's Tyrant Rave).

The big combo itself isn't real, it's been hacked (I sure as Hell wanna know how to hack GGX2#R...), it's Order-Sol's Napalm Death in Slash ONLY.. But the big Tyrant Rave O existed since GG as manual move, and then GGX as a CPU-only move.

Oh yeah in GGX it was just a 5 hit stationaly fireball. And it wasn't that big :P

The animation for the tyrant rave used in this video is a special one time only thing, in the story mode fight between Ky and Sol, Sol uses it as the end of the opening but it clashes with Ky's Ex Ride the Lightning. I remember when I first saw it, I noticed it wasn't the two hit punch, and was like "wtf!?"
