You are so right Mr Paul, billy wouldn't understand.....LOL

  • The last line sums it up:

"He would not have understood it".

  • Paul schooling the young Neocon

  • If this cunt ever shoved a mic in my face, I'd smash his nose bone with my forehead and gladly do the time.

  • @AveragePope i second that motion

  • Billy O'Reilly = Fool

  • Who the hell is this dude? a fox intern?

  • wow what a douchebag, maybe he doesnt wanna come on the oreilly factor becuase he acts like a giant hotheaded buffoon who loves interupting people and thinks that every answer that isn't shorter than 15 seconds is a dodge and accepts no eleboration, why the hell would anyone want to come on the orielly factor when they know that all they're going to do is get interupted and be subjected to hearing oreillys opinion

  • @dvzqz87

I think O'reilly has a history of interupting and demagouging issues but I must admit that when he wants to be objective he does a really good job.

  • @dvzqz87 O'Reilly isn't a reporter. He just talks out of his ass. So who cares that someone doesn't want to deal with that crap.

  • I know what you can do with Gold, get a large bar and knock that reporter idiot on the head with it.

  • "He wouldn't of understood it" Lmao that man is awesome XD

  • This guy is a smug asshole. Anyone can ask stupid questions. I praise Ron Paul for wasting his time by going on the O'Really factor

  • This Jesse and O'Reilly guys are category 5 wankers.

It's as if Bill is 12 years old and was grown in a FoxNews lab and breed to just be a complete idiot on tv.

  • @Ievolovel - you're projecting your own state of mind

ron paul is absolutely wrong about what the constitution says

i've already cited the germane clauses, so now i'll give a real world example

president madison is often called the 'father of the constitution' because he's considered its primary author

madison issued $36 million dollars of paper money to finance the war of 1812

madison's actions speak more certainly than any of his previous arguments could have

  • Ron Paul kicks ass

  • When O'Reilly factor stops to turn down the volume of guest microphone so that guests can be yelled at, then someone might start considering going there.

  • omfg O'Reilly is such a fool, I for one don't blame Ron Paul for avoiding that psychopath in the least!

  • Ron Paul's last statement is absolutely 100% true.

Neocons like O'Reilly simply cannot understand staying out of the business of foreign nations, much less anything complicated like economics. They'd much rather stomp around in their celebrity theaters and shout about all our enemies and how we have to be ever vigilant.

Why are they our enemies, O'Reilly? Could it be, just maybe, that they hate us because we dictate terms to them under the point of a bayonet?

  • Ron Paul is a class act; he doesn't deserved to be barked at by this "non journalist" look at the douche he has working for him..goof

  • Ron Paul Is The Man!

You can't ambush him. He knows...

  • WOW??? this interviewer is a total idiot?? lol then again so is billy O

  • Walters in not a chickenhawk, he is a chicken shit and from that performance i will dislike him for the rest of his life. Any show who puts this ass on my tv screen will loose a viewer....what a pompous jackass....total TOOL!!! I will put money on the fact that He and o'reilly are butt buddies!!

  • This guy is so smug. I love Ron Paul's answer at the end, "Because he wouldn't have understood it!"

  • Maturity vs immaturity a classic example. I love to listen to Ron Paul schooling!

  • Typical media puppet, as many Americans I would like to wipe the smerk off his face. Oh yeah, I would be sued if I did that. Typical punk, and another reason not to watch the O'Reilly Factor

  • Typical media puppet, as many Americans I would like to wipe the smerk off his face. Oh yeah, I would be sued if I did that. Typical punk, and another reason not to watch the O'Reilly Factor

  • That kid LOOKS like a tool and is dying to play with the big boys but doesn't realize how ignorant he looks. "your a gold guy"...WRONG he's a constitution guy and the constitution says only gold and silver can be legal tender! And the kid is in love with pre-emptive war AS LONG as he isn't the one being sent into Iran...what an @$%

  • at 2:27 ron paul said, "nobody legalized paper money"

that's just not true, the 'legal tender act' legalized paper money

it's ron paul that doesn't understand the constitution, economics and history

  • @dujac88 Legal Tender Act of what year? 1862? You're forgetting that Greenbacks are a thing of the past, they were replaced by Federal Reserve notes. United States notes have been destroyed. So who legalized Federal Reserve notes?

  • @dujac88 You need to pay more attention. Ron Paul said the constitution didn't legalize paper money, and he is absolutely right. Please find the article in constitution that legalizes the paper as legal tender? You cannot.

  • @TheRustyrambo - Section 8 - Powers of Congress

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof…

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Dept or Officer thereof.

the legal tender cases affirmed the constitutionality of paper money and the treasury dept administers these financial matters

then there's reality: legal paper money exists

  • @dujac88 To coin Money means to turn gold and silver into coins. It says NOTHING about paper money. Paper money doesn't need to be COINED.

Please educate yourself on the background of our constitution.

  • @dujac88 Paper money is credit and not backed by anything of real value. Our current currency is based on fiat money and is run on a continual system of debt and inflation. "No State shall... make any Thing but GOLD AND SILVER COIN a Tender in Payment of Debts"; "The Congress shall have Power To... COIN Money, regulate the Value thereof, AND OF foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of WEIGHTS and MEASURES". Paper money is only legal because of past Executive Orders and assumed Emergency Powers.

  • @isaias1776 - don't you understand that congress is not a state?

The Constitution of the United States

Article I - The Legislative Branch

Section 8 - Powers of Congress

To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof…

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

the dollar is backed by all goods and services

  • @dujac88 The constitution says "COIN", and within context, this refers to "Gold and Silver Coin", which includes "Weights and Measures". Look at the Coinage Act of 1792, which actually implemented everything the Constitution outlined for Congress to do as regards to our money. It followed the exact delegated and enumerated Powers granted to Congress. The dollar today is not backed by any real value, hard money or intrinsic value. It's legal tender only because it's been declared by law as such.

  • Ron Paul: doing it live since before O'Reilly had his first inane thought.

  • This tool thinks he's smart than RP. Him and O'reily go on about how RP misinterpret the constitution that it doesn't say our money is illegal and there is nothing mentioned about gold and silver. What fools they misinterpreted what the words "COIN MONEY" meant. They must think to coin money means to make paper coins; freaking idiots!

It really is to bad that even FOX won't get behind RP. Is there any media out there that hasn't been bought off? WTF!

  • Ron Paul will soon take the honored place of the "Chuck Norris" equivellent, of Super leader to you drones.

    1. Ron Paul took an IQ test and the test was found lacking.

    2. Ron Paul debated while intoxicated and still won.

    3. Ron Paul found the cure to cancer.

Ron Paul is a nut, and you fanatics scare me more than the Charles Manson family do.

  • @wonka2112.... we should scare you, our evil plan to take over the white house is unfolding muahahahahahahaahaha. then when we fix the economy and restore america's standing in the world we will.... *dramatic music* RUN FOR RE ELECTION MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

    2. Ron Paul is an element on the periodic table.

    3. Ron Paul could lead a horse to water AND convince it to drink, but he

doesn't believe the government has the right to so he refuses.

    6. Ron Paul wasn't born. He liberated himself from the womb.

  • @Baxter951 you should do a whole chuck norris sayings with a ron paul twist. the last one had me laughing!

  • I hate war. Many mothers' sons have died for "special interest " agendas. If you still want MORE blood , there are plenty of other candidates you can choose from ,besides Ron Paul.

  • I can't stand people that smile like that for no apparent reason (i.e. the interviewer). It's kind of like he's a little insane.......it makes me nervous.

  • The interviewer is creepy.

  • Jesse Watters is the real conservative and ron paul is just a whiney conspiracy theorist who runs away like a lil Bitch

  • @TheHomelandDefender lol , Do u even know what the word conservative means ? Running around bombing other nations and invading them and yes killing civilians ... isn't a "conservative foreign policy" ...its an extremist foreign policy. There's nothing conservative about spreading our military super thin and engaging in war after war after war ...while we are fucking broke and 14 trillion dollars in debt. Thats what a fucking DEMOCRAT would do ...not a republican , piece of shit neo cons

  • @TheHomelandDefender Please check your Bilderberg candidates' stands on the issues(RICK PERRY) (HUNTSMAN). Most Americans are not for the UN , World Court ,or "new world order" planned by these non-Americans. I am American First and always. I hope you are too.

  • bahahahahha that my friend is a Ron Paul dick slap

  • I would say I take the conservative point of view but I never even seen the reporter but he is basically a tool for fox...AND I WATCH FOX NEWS from time to time for some reason lol. I never smoked, nor do I care too. I dont really care if somebody else does, its their life. But if they get into trouble or cant hold a job because of it, or hurt somebody physically because of it..... Its their own ass. Ron Paul 2012.

  • Regarding the gold question, Ron Paul delivered the knockout punch twice but Watters was too clueless to understand his response.

  • Wow, that's the first time I've seen RP with an attitude...

  • Only reason so many Ron Paul fanatics are behind this guy is because of his stance on drugs. Bunch of nutty potheads praying that this washed-up old hippie get's in office.

  • @wonka2112 "washed up old hippie"????

    You fu*king moron...

  • @rgs11

    You fu*king pothead...

  • @wonka2112 No, we the people ,want more freedom. We the people want to be in charge of our own destinies. How about supercongress, fed, and oneworldorder ; types just get out of our way. Let us be free.

  • @wonka2112 You fuc*ing pothead, communist...

  • Ron Paul just pwned this retard.

  • "Well, he wouldn't have understood it"

haha! And there in lies the reason why appearing on his show would be completely fruitless, if not counterproductive.

  • HA HA HA HA! "well he wouldn't have understood it!" GO RON!

  • 2:00 - the constitution doesn't say that only gold and silver are legal tender

ron paul is a nut case

  • @sfiorare yeah ending the wars, living in peace, really nutty that guy.

  • @blue46gt - ron paul hasn't ended any wars

@fattydomels - i didn't say you were talking about legal tender, but ron paul certainly is in the video above

really, are you afraid to address the ignorant comment that ron paul made about the constitution?

  • What a smug little snot nosed establishment larva. These are the sort of guys that have selfishly commandeered our Nation and they are worried now that we want it back. Paul is the man period.

  • Article 1, Section 8, clause 5, which states that Congress shall have the power … To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;

The important thing to note here is that the power to emit bills of credit (essentially fiat money lite) which existed in the Articles of Confederation, was intentionally left out of the Constitution.

  • Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution:

"No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; MAKE ANY THING BUT GOLD AND SILVER COIN A TENDER IN PAYMENT OF DEBTS; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility." (emphasis added)

  • LOL, Ron turns away with that nut still holdingthe mic with that stupid smile on his face.

  • Jesse Waters is going to be out of a job soon! O'Reilly's probably furious

  • That's no journalist, that's a bleedin' swiss army knife's worth of toolage. With a bonus douchebag function attachment as well! I'm surprised the TSA doesn't confiscate Watters at the airport when he tries to fly. He talks to Dr Paul in the tone of a fratboy trying to bait the class head nerd into some sort of prank and Dr Paul....walks away! Priceless.

  • Haaaahahahaa! Talk about blowback! O'Reilly has always dissed Ron Paul, but RP means ratings these days, so he sends one of his minions out to actually ask some questions and listen to the answers for a change. I don't believe I've ever seen Ron slap a guy down so hard as he does in this exchange. "He wouldn't have understood it!" "He's not really a journalist." WHAT A HOOT!

  • "So that wasn't so bad. You didn't want to explain that to O'Reilly?"

Umm, it was bad in the way that it exposed you, Watters, as a know-little idiot working for a know-nothing windbag. Yes it was bad in that way

  • 1:40 - "If we could treat people how we would like to be treated."

  • Ron Paul serves the constitution and the American people; O'really and these other media whores, serve only a few. Do YOU believe Americans should shape their own individual destinies ,or only a few?

  • Comment removed

  • I nominate this for video of the year!

  • Wow, that guy is such a tool. The worst part is he doesn't realize that he is a tool in general and a tool being used by Fox news. Double tool.

  • @bambam2384 Double tool... the worst kind...

  • complete pwning by Ron

  • Ron Paul showed true class by not just slapping this kid and telling him to pass it along to O'Reilly with love!

  • who gave that turd the right to speak to Dr. Paul?

  • @trina4921 Give the kid a break, his normal reporting beat is public schooling.

  • Neocon O'Reilly ass smooching junior staffer gets a much deserved intellectual spanking from one of the nicest statesman in our Republic. Yay!

  • He (O'Reilly) would have never understood it! ROFLMAO

  • Dr. Paul stood his ground respectfully

  • Bill O'Reilly Factor:

    full of dirty neocons

  • paul sounded rational which is rare for republicans.

  • That was a great interview. Watters appears to be a little chicken-hawk bed wetter but at least he let Ron talk without interrupting him and being rude. I think Watters deserves some props.

  • @JesseKantstopolis No he doesn't hes a punk who should apologize to Dr. Paul then wise up and join the campaign for liberty. You have to give respect to get respect and all i saw was contempt.

  • @shawnjohn0369 His contempt backfired. He humiliated himself and made Ron Paul look even better.

  • @shawnjohn0369 His contempt backfired. He humiliated himself and made Ron Paul look even better.

  • I despise Jesse's condescending nasal tone with Dr. Paul. A smart alec punk in a suit, that's all he is.

  • 1:58 the constitution doesn't say only gold and silver can be legal tender

  • @sfiorare US Constitution, Article 1, Section 10, Clause 1:

No State shall [...] make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; [...]

  • @FreedomParadox - that clause forbids states from creating their own legal tender, it doesn't forbid congress from doing so

    you're misinterpreting , as a federal court makes clear in U.S. v. Rifen, 577 F.2d 1111. C.A.Mo. 1978

The United States Constitution prohibits states from declaring legal tender anything other than gold or silver but does not limit Congress' power to declare what shall be legal tender for all debts - Coinage Act of 1965, §102, 31 USCA §392; USCA Const. Art. 1, §10.

  • Comment removed

  • @FreedomParadox - notice how the constitution doesn't forbid congress from determining what is legal tender

the constitution gives congress the right to coin money, regulate the value thereof and ability to determine what will be legal tender throughout the country

United States Constitution, Section 8, Powers of Congress

"To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof"

"To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers"

  • @sfiorare That is NOT a justification for money coinage monopoly and says nothing about giving such a power to a private institution (the Federal Reserve, which is as Federal as Federal Express).

Unless you are personally benefitting from such a state of affairs, you would gain in educating yourself about the evils of a fiat paper money monopoly. Try mises(dot)org for a start.

  • @FreedomParadox - the federal reserve was created by congress to regulate the value of money

the federal reserve doesn't mint any coins or print any money, only the treasury dept does that

i have an advanced degree in economics/finance

  • @sfiorare "i have an advanced degree in economics/finance", Good for you!

So you're all for fiat paper money monopoly and all the disruption it causes... What can I say? Be sure not to vote for Ron Paul.

  • @FreedomParadox - you should just admit you have no clue what you're talking about and that you get your opinions prepackaged by political propagandists like the mises institute and ron paul

  • @sfiorare

The Treasury creates bonds that they then sell to Primary banks or the Fed. When the Fed buys them (QE2) then they are literally printing money.

You're probably an MBA; me too. I used to think the way you do, until I realized that things didn't add up and looked into alternative resources not approved by our Department of Education overlords.

Here's a great illustration of money creation via the Fed. By Chris Martenson, a PhD, MBA.

    /watch?v=p3_Q1SiRN-A&feature=relmfu

  • @msjche - you must be kidding, what a load of crap

  • @sfiorare

Ahhh, where exactly have I been mislead then? Is or isn't QE2 through POMO the precise definition of creating money from nothing?

Is it not a fact that, at a minimum, enough money MUST be created in a given year to pay the debt service on existing Treasury bonds, or there will be a reduction in the supply of money (M2 I believe).

Is it not also a fact that this money comes from central banks in the form of buying (read monetizing) Treasury debt?

  • @msjche - isn't it funny how martinsen neglects to point out how the federal reserve turns over all its net profits to the treasury dept?

get a clue, martinsen's video is propaganda, not reliable information

  • @sfiorare

One last thing. Please stop with the ad hominem, irrelevant conclusion and begging the question fallacies in your comments. I hate that they don't teach logic in public schools. Gets damn irritating dealing illogical comments.

  • @msjche - oh please, just admit you don't know what you're talking about

your reference to the martinsen video shows you don't understand how the fed works

  • @sfiorare

Ok genius. Since you offer no arguments defending yourself, and stick to ad hominem insults, I'm done. Why don't you join my friends and I over at zero hedge dot com? We have some wonderful trolls over there, and could use some more laughs.

Oh, and there's no way to tell if they turn over all net profits to the Treasury, since the Fed can't be audited.

  • @msjche - you really are an idiot, mba, what a joke

Federal Reserve earned $45 billion in 2009

By Neil Irwin - Washington Post Staff Writer - 1/12'2010

google: "The Fed will return about $45 billion to the U.S. Treasury for 2009"

according to calculations by The Washington Post based on public documents.

i'll be sending you the link for the extensive federal reserve audits that show exactly how much the fed turns over to the treasury every year

    check your channel's mail box

  • @sfiorare how much did they profit then?

  • @sfiorare

Can't help it. Reminds me of a Reagan quote: "it isn't that our liberal (really most Rs and Ds) friends are ignorant, it's that they know so much that isn't so."

BTW, check into Michael Maloney (monetary historian). Hopefully it will open your eyes a bit.

  • @msjche - michael maloney, what a joke

  • @sfiorare so how much money does the Treasury print with out the fed telling it to? how much of the money that the Treasury prints is not borrowed from the fed? so u are sure that its correct to say the fed doesn't print money out of thin air? are u sure that the fed is not a private banking cartel that has contract that says they are the only institution allowed to produce united states dollar=Monopoly What is the value of the dollar now compared to the dollar of 1913 when the fed got control?

  • @shawnjohn0369 - oh look, another idiot regurgitating propaganda, without a clue what he's talking about

  • Haha wow. Ron Paul is the man. Totally LIT this guy up with his answers. Bill is too damn ignorant to listen to anyone but himself.

  • oreilly sends out his lil' bitch to get his ass fitted to his head courtesy of Ron Paul.

Oreilly really is'nt a journalist just like glenn beck, just a bunch of hackes who don't know shit. typical fox.

  • Trying to figure out was he high during this interview, no explanations for him. He reminds of the guy from half baked. Look America, look at what your education system has turned out. "what do you want to do with gold...huh? Dig it up" What?

Bill O'reilly this is why no one respect you and you are not a "journalist"?lol

  • This whiney douchbag Watters is a College Republican Chickenhawk bitch. You so hellbent on invading Iran then why don't you suit up or shut up fuck nut.

  • @FrankieA lol....like!

  • @FrankieA I'm with you. Suit up or Shut up. Ron Paul gets the most donations from Active Military Members, even more than Obama.

  • @fattydomels - ron got the most donations from military members in the 2008 campaign, too

lots of good it did, he couldn't even win one state primary election, not one
