I would go with parent, you'll do fine. 12 year olds are not that hard to deal with. If she was younger it would be worse.

It wasn't so bad for me because I was out at work most days. It's put my girlfriend off having kids now, at least. :D

LMAO! See, that's what they need to do. You should be able to RENT children and let people know what it's going to be like. Most would LOVE the ability to give children back.
