PhoenixSunsVideos incredible, what else can I say. If you play basketball, you HAVE to all study the way to dunk, I simply just not too long ago completed the training system at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | - It's' great! (I am just 5'8!)

PhoenixSunsVideos but if I, can dunk, then anyone can, I'm merely 5ft 6in for godsake! Pretty much just don't be lazy and follow a training program like the one I am following | 50 inch vertical [dot] com |, it'll boost your jump/rebounding and your basketball skills.

Alvin Gentry was a former assistant coach for the Detroit Pistons from the early 1980's to 1997. In 97 after moving further up the row after all the years Gentry was hired as the Pistons head coach. In 2001 Gentry was fired for Rick Carlisle. I think the Pistons just made an ok move in 01. I like Gentry a lot. Good thing he's coaching again. He now has a contract with Phoenix. Let's hope he can do what he couldn't do coaching Detroit. Even though he got 2 as a assistant.

I just met Alvin Gentry a few days ago. I ran into him at Wal-Mart, and was like hey thats Alvin Gentry. I walked up and introduced myself. He was really cool and friendly.
