I feel u all!!! I have many as well!! Drink plenty of water, and try not to drink a lot of alcohol (gettin wasted), i noticed mine after a long night of drinking (bad idea). I has one huge tangle in my lefteye, and soon thereafter some smallr ones developed in my right eye. Its been 8 months........8 really long, agonizing months... Email me if ya want someone to talk to. Japanesefilipino@gmail.com
mine are transparent i sometimes see lines to they come and go its when i go outside u notice it more but i dont have blood in my eyes and stuff i think it started 3 years ago or two and its unbelivable so many people have similar problems
im not a doctor somepeople are lucky sometimes my mum said a few years ago back
she used to see lines and when she went to the doctor he said she needed to wear glasses and then she did the lines soon were gone now she dont see lines
One VERY PLAUSIBLE cause for floaters is our modern diet, full of oxidizing compounds that are dismantling the vitreous jelly-like structure. Plus, we do not drink enough water.
I'm 48, high myopia (-14D) and floaters since age 18. Now my floaters became quasi-uniform clouds. Pretty horrific but I think my retina is still in good shape, so the floater issue is now secondary. I had laser coagulation in the retinal periphery, though (lattice degenerescence). I guess its worst to be emetropic (that is, to have normal vision) and see this stuff over the blue skies!!
@RandyChristiansen additionally i've checked the internet, and there are laser surgeries with %90~ success rate, and most of them say its not a big issue, on my left eye i got 4 spots and on right i got 2 black spots. D: when i think about it more its like my eyes gunna pop out rofl.
@RandyChristiansen Its been 2-3 days I started seeing 1 floater, happens in bright light more visible when i look into the sky, i get paranoid and annoyed. Haven't seen a doctor yet, though do you know when they started increase? Like, how many days later did the amount of floaters increase? Additionally i got few black marks/spots on my white bit of the eye, and bloody veins and sometimes hurts me or its psychological dunno really irritating though very curious looking forward to your reply.
Hey I am thrilled to find some1 with somewhat of a realtion to my situation, seein as though it seems as though no one understands my situation. When I was 13, 1 day at soccer prac the sun got into my i's real bad cuz my coach was standing and talking and the sun was right behind is head, and I remember the sun hurt my eyes bad that day. Then I started seein floaters, and they becam progressivly wors. I went to see a i doc n got the sam answr u got. Its been 6 yrs and they got progressively wors
I HATE the little shits!!! I only have them in my right eye at the moment , it seems like there is only one but there is more because I've seen different shaped ones. I usually see a large "snake" type floater, which is pretty thick. I've been to the opticians and they said it's ok, my eyes are fine. That was about a year ago. I'll go again soon and see what they say and let you guys know...
I've had the problem with floaters all my life too, and they got to the point that I couldn't read - because they would float over lines of text and cause me to lose my place on a page. I eventually went to Kr. Karichkoff in the DC area and had the laser floater removal. The procedure is awesome, and the floaters were gone. They do come back after a few years ... but the relief from the floaters for that time is worth it ...
these black bullets in eyes are killing me every day, i am having 23 floaters, they just visited me as unwanted guest 3 months back and now i wanna though them out but its risky due to surgery side effects, i am taking homeopathy treatment doctors is saying in next 6 months they will be faded out at least have patience GOD i wanna kick ur balls
I commented on your other video and the reason why you may be seeing floaters is your becoming more nearsighted. When you are nearsighted the eye expands and becomes longer (more oblong shaped vertically)and vitreous breaks off. Eye floaters also bunch up with age (which is common once again) I feel this is more of an anxiety issue than an eye problem. If your optometrist says its ok then more than likely it is ok. Cool your jets about it and know that this is common.
now I am looking for a weed smoker who has them, I am curious? I was a serious smoker since a teen, and that I put 2 and 2 together. I been 2months clean for the 1st time since I started as a teen, but yep it was about a month after I was clean I noticed this, was because I was smoking had a role in it that I did not see them before. did it start cause of a withdrawl? lol maybe I was to high to notice before? NAH, but really. I'm happy I'm clean now, but now I have floaters starting, why?
I feel your pain mate,i too suffer from floaters I have about 10 in each eye,i also have the twinkling lights but only now and then,i am so depressed by this shit I see in my vision I cant cope going out side because all I see is dark shaddowy dots and squigly line and webs, thanks for video bro at least I know I am not the only one suffering
i would suggest that we should become a vegetarian this time.. i mean you know without eating any meat at all...cause some says...it decreases...without knowing it.. i have a friend of mine who has them...he got it since 14 yrs old now he's 25 it decreases without knowing it.. as it fades a little...so hope it helps to all of you guys.. i have them too and i'm 16.&.perhaps i'm not alone
I just got one yesterday. I noticed it while jogging. I thought it was a fly. But them I knew it was not. I'm only 19 yo. I am going to an eye doctor soon. I can only see it when I loot at the sky so it's not too bad.
I´ve got them to!!! they are really disturbing im starting to freak out they have changed my life so much i only see this fucking thing all day and i cant concentrate aat nothing i dont know what to do anymore...
@Petegrin1 Not everyone is the same...these things very in thickness(real fibrous ones are hard to see through) and the number of them. Some people have so many of them they actually can't see. Not trying to stress people out, but again, everyone's situation isn't exactly like yours. Nice language btw. Don't worry, I won't be commenting on this vid anymore. Peace.
Hello i have the same problem like u are descriving in ur Video mine arent dark or grey their completly Transperent im trying to eat alot of fruits and vitamins and stuff i have them now for like 4 month im trying to find a solotion but i would defnetly recomand u not to do a ny sugrery not laser and not stuff like that it is to risky!!! better wait and try use vitmains andstuff like that i think its a brain stuff ur brain need to learn to ignore them i think we had them forever
i have had 4 months of severe anxiety and derealization. Just last month i developed a few floaters in my left eye, also i see like sparkling dots when i look at the sky or a solid wall, its been goin on for 4 months, my anxiety is so high, i need help, im only 16 and feel like my life is going greatly downhill and this makes me depressed.
Doctors are currently researching a cure in Italy. Its in its preliminary stages and nothing can be definite, but their hopeful of a possible solution that will dissolve floaters enzymatically.
In comparison to a vitrectomy, it would 'supposedly' be a less invasive and risky procedure.
Well I haven't heard about anything that you can do in order to prevent floaters from spreading...
So if you have checked your eyes and doctor said that they are OK then there's nothing else you can do except pray to dear lord that it won't spread... FML...
@conspiritor2 I wear sunglasses when I go outside a good bit. It helps make them not as noticeable but they'll always be there. I don't have a particular brand of glasses...just go to walmart and get a pair.

Yea it's hard to ignore them...
Funny thing is that I had eye floaters for year or so, but I started notice them just recently when I read what actually it is...
So yes they can be ignored but it's really hard when you know that you actually have them and that they will follow you for the rest of your life.
Is there any type of glasses that will filter light since I can only see them on sun light?
Does any one know what % of people are affected by this "disease"?
