okay, this otherwise fantastic video gets major points taken off for one reason alone: it's nearly impossible to read the english subtitles with japanese (or other asian form of writing) writing on top of it. I can't understand what the people are saying because of it.
sa, gambaranakya! If this fine 78 year old gentleman can continue to challenge himself mentally and physically, I have no excuse to not train and focus on improving myself.
Does anyone else find it scary that these 70 and 80 year old men can move faster than most 30 and 40 year olds in the USA XD?
