If I could, I could write why I think Mario is a fine character an all, but my only reason would be that I grew up playing Super Mario 64, Mario Party, and Mario Kart 64. Each one had Mario in the title, and Mario was always the announcer or most "driven" character to choose from. When your a kid, you want to choose the best, and Mario, to how it seems, is the best. Luigi has been in the shadows back then, only now in this generation has the underdogs become so popular. I think.
