Its called Draw. Just simply hit it at the bottom. , or Bottom English

wrong.. it is called draw. but you don't hit at the bottom.. on a regular shot with the cue further away from the object ball you do.. but for a dramatic shot such as this one he hit the ball with very high English on the back side of the ball.. thus creating the spin..
