This was the first game I got with my first PC in April 1995..I remember upgrading from 4mb RAM to 8mb RAM to hear the better digital sounds.It cost me£100

That sounds amazing in these days of 2gig RAM chips. I still have it.

you do realize this game was made like 5 years prior to RCT and only runs with dos, basically a text coded platform... of course rct is going to be better

It becomes a seperate purchase later on in the Games's Ride-Research. Also, there's is a Spiral that becomes availible. But by that time, the Atari Jaguar is suffering from so much Lag, that you just wana switch it off! Where as the DS Just Crashes! Bless them!

There's a cheat with the Jag version. If you go to options in game, & speed up the game to full. You just have to wait 2 mins or so & do nothing, & you will get loads of money! Then you can get all your research done ahead!

man i loved playing this game when it was on ps1. I remember building roads to nowhere and making my foods ultra salty or sweet. use to get pissed when rides where breaking constantly it was like y do i have maintenance men? they sat around alot. And the shark man!! i use to lose around when then good rides started to be available but still it was great to have my own park. I felt like cartman "No you cant enter cause its mine, no one can get in."

the new versions are called Sim Theme Park (aka Theme Park World in Europe) and Sim Coaster. They are old games but classic.

I'm feeling pissed off again now. I left my Amstrad (tape version), Sega Megadrive (called Genesis there) and Gameboy (original 1988/89 version) at my old place (all in original boxes). I figured I'd never use them again and maybe the next owner would use them. I now wish I hadn't left them!
