I was 15 the first time I heard this song...on the radio in the kitchen of a restaurant where I lied myself into a job as a dishwasher. (16 was the legal age, but wtf.)

I was cleaning up and closing down and found myself hanging on to every word. What a kick in the chest this story gave me.  Never forgot it. Always loved it.
