This fight showed me both men gasses, 3rd round. Jones will be a better striker due to reach as always, and wrestler as always he will take rashad down when he is gassed, then he will either choke or elbow him to death.

I though Evans and Davis was real dull. Wish it had been the Sonnen/Bisping fight that went five rounds instead

@Trevschan2 You made some excellent points Evans checked the kicks and executed his game plan very well. He made it his fight and kept Davis in his range with his jab. I think this fight showed more then the Ortiz fight that Evans has been working on the kind of fight that the Jones fight will be. I'm going with Evans for that fight, you mentioned that you think Jones will win but is he also the one you will be going for in the fight?

I don't know why people are disliking this. Rashad put on a show. Totally neutralizing Phil Davis. Davis looked like he was in another fight. Rashad is obuvisouly the # 2 light weight in the world. I feel Davis will fight for title one day also. Will be interesting to see what he does against Jon Jones. Jones BJJ would submitted Phil. He left his head out there a lot.

I havent seen the fight yet but this is why sometimes I still wont give up watching boxing. Sometime some MMA guys need to throw more or not get too mixed martial art and know when to change styles
