Je moet dat bijten en doen straffen. En dat je hem idioot noemt slaat al helemaal nergens op, je bent zelf de idioot. Als je zegt niet doen of kappen op die toon van jou gaat dat niets helpen. Jackrussels hebben duidelijkheid nodig en je moet er consequent voor zijn. Als je het nu schattig vind dat ie in een schoen bijt en het toelaat moet je niet gek vinden dat ie dat over een paar jaar nog steeds doet.Dan kun je hem niet meer straffen. it's funny for the moment because the dog is a cute puppy, but you won't laugh when he will get older, especially with jack russel. This is how people end up getting rid of their dog, because they can't control them. this dog needs to learn to live in society, the sooner the better!!

Such a cute pup! However, what people are saying is right. Jack Russel's can be extremely ruling, and need to know their boundries at a young age. They may be small, but they don't know that, they will take on anything. Also, being really energetic, they can sometimes use that energy to destroy things. They were bred for ratting, and are very good at beating the crap outta your slippers :P But yeah, that dog needs to be well trained, or he will the top of the "pack", Not you.

@fzahir1 actually, jacks are usually BAD for kids. they can be rather snippy dogs if you do something they don't like. so a child younger then 6 is more then likely to startle the dog and cause him to bite. its actually very bad they were letting that jack bite at the kid, even if he was just playing.

A child is not generally allowed to slap their friends or swear infront of strangers at a young age. These boundaries help them become well-adjusted members of society. Likewise, our dogs need to be told that using your teeth on a human (let alone a baby) is not acceptable.

Adorable video, but the puppy really shouldn't be allowed to jump and bite clothes and hands like that! Jack Russells can become notoriously destructive and nippy as they get older. It's important to start training early if you do get one. :) If they bite clothes or skin, make a yelp noise or an "AH!" and turn your back to them quickly, folding your arms and avoiding eye contact until they are calm. With the baby, remove either the dog or baby whenever he becomes too rough.
