when it's stable?? Was this interview the day prior to the earthquake? The place is SNAFU. The reactors have exploded and melted down. There are 2 million bicarilles out at 10+miles. 3 million+ people have had to evacuate. It'll be stable after it's been encased in millions of cubic yards of concrete
