i finally was able to contact logitech...but it was not customer service but sells department. This is the deal: Many customers downloaded the latest upgrade and now they are having lot of PROBLEMS with google tv! Dont bother calling customer service waiting time is more than 2 hours...they are trying to figure out how to solve the problem. Meanwhile your google tv is just a big piece of useless cr@p!
put some games on it, make it 100$, call it a console = i'm buying this. otherwise just get a normal tv with a small form-factor pc. cheaper, with extra goodies :)
