That said, I also think it would be quite feasible to make a pretty decent Mega Man like movie using machinima tools such as Moviestorm or iClone. Seriously, machinima technology is improving all the time. And the majority of this trailer is special effects done in CGI and added with Adobe Aftereffects (or similar). So why not go the machinima route? Heck, the iClone mascot resembles Mega Man.

Alright, I will go over this again. Mega Man is an android yes, BUT he is in the design of a 9 YEAR OLD BOY! That is a KID. Yes a CHILD, 4 feet tall, big eyes, high voice, and Protoman's no different even if he does act like Shadow sometimes. Why is that so difficult for people to comprehend? They want to make Mega Man some sort of action hero in his 20's. I'm sorry, but that's not him. He's a kid, a child, a boy, however you put it. A child is needed to play him.

I've been a Mega Man fan since I was about 8. Mega Man 2 is my favorite game ever, and I'm not much of a gamer. I've thought of a Mega Man movie since I was about 12. I wrote about 1/4 of a screenplay for a Mega Man film. My hard drive is down right now, but as soon as I get it up, I'll send it to you. The only complaint with Uwe Boll that I have which to me isn't a huge deal is that he never follows the story line. Its awlays his interpretation but you think Speilberg wont do that same or Lucas. Don't flatter yourself. At least Uwe Boll hires pretty decent actors for the most part.
