@Rohit84up - you should check the facts before opening your mouth Ram did not abandon Sita. Women aren't treated unequally in our society because of Sita and these stories, but because of the objectification of women when we use sex and sexual imagery to sell. I.e magazines like FHM, Nuts, music videos like P.I.M.P which glorify and idealise the treatment of women as sexual objects.
