Yeah, Stwatubes, I may be the Dingleberry here. I fail to understand why so many people insist on reading things into SB1070 just isn't there. Is it too much to hope for that people will read the law, understand it, and enforce it?

Yes, its frustrating, but it has a darker side that people are not paying attention to. Arizona is being villified (no matter what the law says), as a futher example of White Supremecy. Why, because the Obama Regime wants more non-white citizen voters. The Mexicans want our country, a whole lot more than we do.

If you are focusing on the details of the Law, you are probably the dingleberry. SB 1070 will not be challenged on its face, but rather on its execution. Furthermore, the Supreme Court may assess the law based soley on "unalienable rights" as described in the Declaration of Independence. Its been done before. Thats what the Obama Regime, including Mr. Morton are hoping for.
