use two 8.4 volt and then you can pull a wheelie not lifting it up to do one like a baby.

my e maxx is stock and to day i just got a wheelie bar and it pulls wheelies from a stand still with 6 cells

hey ive been formilar with traxxas for a long time but i finnally just got my first one this christmas ,its an emaxx but wat batteries will make it do a whellie with a stock motor

Throw the Venom Batteries away and get you some 7 cell batteries. I've posted a Video Response so you can see what the 7 Cells do for a E-Maxx. You can then do wheelies without picking your truck up or backing up and pressing the throttle. Peace!

venoms die easy. i consider a tenergy battery better. i recomend getting trinity batterys. they have a really nice 5000mah 7cell for a vxl car they lasted me like a couple months with like 1 run a day and 10 runs a weekend. i jsut rebuilt them and run even better

I have an e-maxx & stampede vxl. The venoms don't last very long running in the e-maxx. the capacities start to fall off after a few months. definitly try to get some high quality cells for the e-maxx. I'm sure all rc's will have low-voltage detection esc's soon, because once you use lipo, you never go back!

Your packs are probably fubared. My 100 stock 3906 maxx can do wheelies on the fly with 2x 3300 6 cells. Still if you are having fun who cares right?

you need some good high quality packs like the venom 5000 mah 8.4 v packs or duratrax dtx 4200 8.4v packs then you will have amazing powerr

i hate venom even though thats what i run. i'm always fixing the wires. i suggest Reedy's "X-Rated" packs. i havent tried them yet but there onle like $36 for 2 3600 mAh 6 cell packs.

it might have been my battery conpartment on my (now stripped) evader ext. the battery was always pushed right up agenst the wall of the battery conpartment.
