@DAKDARKBLOOD put as many spawn points as players on each team. put blue spawn points neae the blue fag or base, red ones near red. all others(like no team play) should be placed randomly.

@42750034 If you forgot to include enough spawn points that could be it. Also you neede flags for cap flag and corssponding spawn points for each type of play.

@bowman450 When your online you have to vote it in, not all servers allow this but most do. If the others vote your map in then you have to send them the map. hit this ~ then type sendmap and your map will be sent so others can play on it.

BTW, if you make a tower of 30 cubes high, and set a ladder of 80 cubes high, then the ladder will stop at 30 cubes high.

@jbatles1 After you save the file you can call a vote while playing with others. If they vote in your favor you hit ~ and type sendmap after your map loads on your screen.

you have to use the mapmodel platform in the mapmodel menu. it will take some practice to get it were you want it.

how exactly can I place a ceiling fan on the ceiling? I always seem to spawn it on the floor and I'm trying to give my map a more home kind of feel, because it kind of needs it, lol

when placing the fan select the square you want and select the model. Then count the squares to the top and subtract two. when thew model is selected press space and type the number you came up with. Press enter and the fan will be on the roof! the reason you subtract two is because you want the base of the fan on the roof not the blades.

Yes there is coop edit. But you must be on a server with someone who knows how to do it. I don't know yet.

In edit mode hit the esc key and select the edit options, from there select pick-ups. inside will be Box of Ammo. You must select a square before you do any of this.

Use map models. there is a platform option, with a little practice and luck you will be able to figure it out. I will be making a new tutorial with an explaination tomarrow, today is Halloween so have to take the kids trick or treating.

select an area of floor and hold Z then scroll with your mouse to change floor or ceiling textures. When you select the floor the same is selected in the ceiling, just look up and hold Z and scroll. select squares under a wall and hold X then scroll to change the part of the wall selected.
