your first attempt bro? cmon i have never hitched in a deadlift. if i have to hit i have always just put the weight down and use lighter weight or refocus myself for a 2nd attempt. hitching can cause a back injury i have seen it myself and i came here from another comment u posted telin a dude to check out ur deadlift vid..u say ur 260..pulin 495 weighin 260 as u said is nothin to be braggin bout real talk
@MrUptownzfine5t guy alot of people deadlift 5 plates its not alot of weight im 6'0 220 and ive pulled 550 currently. im not taking away from your personal records or anything cuz all it means is your improving but i guarantee if you practice strict deadlift form you wouldve pulled 495 easy without a hitch. usually hitching means its to heavy or your form is off. if my comment came off like a dick i apologize in reality im tryin to help you out.
@MrUptownzfine5t this vid is overa yr old ill assume uve progressed since then keep your upper back as welll as your lower back tight and neutral/arched drive with your legs hard through your heels and pull up and back at the same time and youll see how much more explosive you can be with your deadlifts try with lighter weights then go to ur workin weights and ull see wat happens and the difference it makes
